Because Your Roots
Matter to Us
Magnolia Title & Escrow was founded on a simple belief: that every client deserves to be known personally, understood individually, and cared for genuinely — from file open to final recording.
Setting the Standard in Title & Escrow Service
Magnolia Title & Escrow, Inc. was founded in 2014 with a clear mission: set the standard for customer service in the Tennessee title industry. Not the standard for speed, or volume, or efficiency alone — but the standard for how a client feels when they walk out of a closing.
That mission is driven by a desire to know each of our clients personally, understand their needs as individuals, and show how much we care through our actions. A closing is one of the most significant financial events in a person's life. We treat it that way.
With six seasoned attorneys, decades of combined processing experience, and five offices across Middle Tennessee, we have the tools, the knowledge, and the depth to walk confidently with you through any residential, commercial, or refinance transaction.
The Values Behind
Every Closing
These aren't words on a wall. They're the principles our attorneys and staff operate by on every single file.
We believe integrity in client dealings is an undisputable prerequisite for a successful and sustained business relationship. Every file, every transaction, every interaction.
We know our clients by name, not by file number. Our team takes the time to understand each client's specific situation and deliver service that reflects that understanding.
We operate a highly effective and efficient organization, focused entirely on meeting our clients' objectives. On time, on budget, and without surprises at the table.
Deals move fast. We commit to a one-hour response guarantee because agents and lenders need answers now — not at the end of the day.
Four licensed Tennessee attorneys on staff means we don't just process files — we examine them. Title issues are resolved before they become closing-day problems.
We are Middle Tennessee through and through. Nashville, Murfreesboro, Franklin — these are our communities, our neighbors, our clients. We're invested in their futures.
The Team Behind
Every Closing
Four licensed Tennessee attorneys with decades of combined title experience. Every file is reviewed by an attorney — not just processed by one.
